Terms and Conditions: 

The promoters are AM & FA Telfer ABN 80060828473 (trading as Telfer Rural), Ridley AgriProducts Pty. Ltd ABN 94 006 544 145 (RAP) whose addresses and telephone numbers appear below. 

Method of Entry: 

• To enter this competition, entrants must purchase a Telfer Rural Raised Dog Kennel (One, Two, Three, Four or Five Bay) 
• For every eligible purchase made during the promotional period, the eligible customer will receive one (1) entry ticket per bay in the prize draw. 
  - 1 Bay Kennel = One (1) entry ticket 
  - 2 Bay Kennel = Two (2) entry tickets 
  - 3 Bay Kennel = Three (3) entry tickets 
  - 4 Bay Kennel = Four (4) entry tickets 
  - 5 Bay Kennel = Five (5) entry tickets 

Terms and Conditions of Entry: 

• Information on Method of Entry, Promotional Timing and Major Prize Details form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Win Six Months of Cobber Working Dog Food competition, eligible entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 
• The competition is open to all New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria residents, (except the promoters’ employees and their families) who purchase a Telfer Rural Raised Dog Kennel (One, Two, Three, Four or Five Bay) in a single transaction. 
• Provide your full name, telephone, address, current and valid email address. 

Promotional Timing: 

• The promotion commences at 08:30 (Australian Eastern Standard Time) AEST on Friday, 1 June 2018 until 17:00 AEST on Tuesday, 31 July 2018. 
• The winner will be drawn at Telfer Rural at 10:00 AEST on Monday, 6 August 2018. 
• The winner will be contacted by phone, email or in writing. 
• Winners will be given 3 months to claim their prize. If any winning prize remains unclaimed in that timeframe, a redraw will be conducted at Telfer Rural Tamworth at 14:00 AEST on Friday, 23 November 2018. Any redraw winner will be contacted by phone, email and in writing. 
• Any information provided will be shared between the promoters. The promoters collect personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Competition and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. At Ridley, we value privacy and the information we collect is for the competition and prize distribution only. If you agreed to follow-up contacts by us or asked to be put on our mailing list when you registered, we may also contact you from time to time. • The promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. 
• Any change between the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date the prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoters. 
• The promoters and their respective related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 
• Additional expenses incurred as a result of accepting the prize are the winner's responsibility and the promoters and/or their affiliates accept no liability or responsibility in respect of the same or for any loss or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize. 

Major Prize Details: 

• There are Twenty (20) Bags of Cobber Working Dog Food valued at $800 to be won. 
• The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 
• The prizes do not include delivery.
